Titles
For the following information, please be as accurate and pertinent as possible.
If anything is in another language (eg. Japanese or made up languages), Make the most recognizable (by the fans or audience, in general) as the title and keep the other one (whether original or translation) in parentheses.

Piece Title
The title is the title of the original piece. For medleys, the title is up to you. You are free to be creative and use fonts from the anime/game/film as you see fit.
Subtitle
The subtitle tells us the source of where the piece is from, starting with from the [anime/video game/film/etc.] followed by the title of the work in italics. For medleys, use a medley from the [anime/video game/film/etc.] instead.
The second line of the subtitle should always be be for the Intermission Orchestra at Berkeley.
Credits
The original composers’ names (separated by commas) are credited on the top-right side of the first page.
The arrangers’ names (separated by commas) are below the composers’ names, preceded with arr..
If it is a rearrangement (small changes or change of instrumentation from a score found elsewhere), precede the rearrangers’ names with rearr..
